The Processing Regulations for Data Collection document of 21 August 2018 (in German) governs the details on how customer data is to be handled. Sympany works with its outsourcing partner, Centris AG, Solothurn, to process data in accordance with the DRG remuneration model. We use a chatbot on our website. The chatbot provides automated answers to your questions around the clock. If you have granted the corresponding consent, Google will link your online and app browser history with your Google account. This means that you will be shown the same personalised advertisements on any device you are signed into with your Google account.

To the extent that Sympany falls within the scope of the GDPR, collected data shall only be captured in your Google account on the basis of your consent.
