Change my accident cover
Accident insurance is compulsory in Switzerland – just like basic insurance. If you work at least eight hours per week for the same employer, your accident insurance will be provided through them and you can exclude accident cover from your basic insurance. You can change your accident cover directly in mySympany.

- Log in to the customer portal or the mySympany app.
- At the bottom of the “Overview” page, you will see all the people who are insured under your policy. Find the person for whom you want to change the accident cover and click on the “Insurances” button.
- Check that the basic insurance is selected.
- Click on the pencil icon next to the “Accident cover” field.

Have you lost your access to mySympany? You can find your customer number on your policy or your insurance card. You can reset your password here. In the meantime, you can notify us of a change to your accident cover using the form.
