Paying your premiums: straightforward and on time
When paying by direct debit or eBill, the new premiums are automatically taken into account, so you don’t have to do anything else. This gives you more time for the really important things.

How to contact us during the holidays
You will have received your policy with your new premium in October. If you pay your premium by standing order, remember to adjust the amount as of 1 January 2025.
Please note that health insurance premiums must be paid in advance. That means you need to pay your premium for January 2025 by the end of December 2024.
Tip: Avoid fees for payments at the post office counter
Payment of premium invoices and benefit statements at the post office counter is subject to a fee. If you make payments for basic insurance bills at the post office counter, we will be passing on the corresponding fee to you with the following premium bill. We recommend free payment methods such as direct debit or eBill.
You will automatically receive the cost overview for your 2024 tax return in January. This includes the premiums and all invoices that Sympany processed between 1 January and 31 December 2024. Receipts that we do not settle until 2025 will be listed in the 2025 cost overview.
Invoices cannot be listed retrospectively on the 2024 cost overview. Please therefore keep the benefit statements sent to you throughout the year in case the tax authorities have any queries.
2024 is drawing to a close, and things will start to wind down. But we always have someone on hand to listen to your concerns.
