The benefits of mySympany for family members
Family members registered in mySympany can independently
- submit receipts,
- adjust their insurance, or
- send messages to customer service from mySympany.
Until now, only the person acting as Sympany’s contact person for the family – i.e. the main policyholder – could register for mySympany. This person manages the insurance policies of everyone under a family policy and will continue to be in charge of the main profile in the mySympany family account.
Registered family members will be given limited access to the family account. They can only manage their own insurance policy, and not the policies of other family members. You can find out exactly what this means in the Profiles and user roles in the family account section.
