mySympany: you can now log in with two-factor authentication
The mySympany customer portal is now more secure than ever. From now on, customers will be able to log in using two-factor authentication.
What does two-factor authentication mean?
Two-factor authentication means that an additional factor, such as biometric data or a PIN, has to be entered alongside the password. This provides stronger protection against theft for the customer data stored in mySympany.
Using two-factor authentication is voluntary, but recommended.
Communications between mySympany and Sympany – such as electronic document exchanges and written messages – have already been securely encrypted for a long time. We are pleased to announce that thanks to two-factor authentication, we can now offer our customers a more secure user experience all round, starting at the login page.
