Terms and conditions of entry
You have read through the following terms and conditions carefully and, by submitting your registration for the service, you declare that you agree with the following terms and conditions. You can cancel your registration at any time.
Only people aged 18 or over may participate. All employees of Sympany Services AG and all employees of third-party companies involved in organising this prize draw are also excluded from entering.
General terms and conditions
Entering the competition is independent of any financial contribution, the completion of a legal transaction or the order of an offer. The judges’ decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence about the draw. The entry deadline set for the relevant competition applies. The winners will be informed in writing or by telephone. The winnings will not be paid out in cash. Any possible tax obligations arising from the winnings are not the responsibility of the Sympany Group (Sympany Foundation, Sympany Services AG, Vivao Sympany AG, Moove Sympany AG, Kolping Krankenkasse AG and Sympany Versicherungen AG) and the Group companies will not assume any other liability, particularly in connection with the prizes to be drawn.
Use of the data
By entering, you declare that you agree that the Sympany Group can use the data you provide for marketing purposes. The data you provide can be used by the Sympany Group for establishing personal contact with you and/or sending Sympany advertising material. If you do not wish to receive offers from us, you can revoke the use of your data for advertising purposes at any time. The following data is stored in log files when you access our website: IP address, date/time, query string when accessing the website (URL including variable), general information transferred about the operating system, including the browser and browser query. The information from the entry form and the date/time will be stored in the database.

This means that we undertake to treat the information you provide with care and a sense of responsibility at all times. This additionally and particularly concerns our work with partners and sponsors. However, the Sympany Group does not assume any liability for third parties.
