Fitim Arifi, born in 1986, Swiss national, has been Head of the Market business area and a Member of the Executive Board since September 2026.
He joined Sympany from the health insurance provider Sanitas. While there, he worked for several years in various sales-related roles and held management positions, most recently as Head of Omnichannel & Digital Sales and Deputy Head of Sales & Marketing.
Fitim Arifi has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in sales and strategic market development in the Swiss health insurance market. He studied Banking & Finance and Business Administration at the University of Zurich.
