Christian Conti, born 1970, Swiss and Italian national, CEO of Sympany since November 2023.
He is an acknowledged expert in the Swiss insurance market, has long-term experience in leadership and comprehensive experience in the HR, strategic and management areas.
He joined Sympany from Generali Schweiz, where he had been responsible for the business area Non-life since 2017. Before joining Generali, Christian Conti was CEO of Orion Rechtsschutz-Versicherung (a legal expenses insurance) and a member of the senior management of the parent company Zurich Insurance.
Christian Conti holds a doctorate in law from the University of Bern. He holds a Master of Law from University College London and an Executive MBA from the IMD Business School Lausanne.
