It’s simple – if you have a question for us, perhaps in reference to an invoice, you can ask us directly on mySympany, saving you from switching to e-mail or the telephone. This makes life easier for you because you have policies, benefit statements and communications with Sympany all in one place. Another benefit is that the messaging feature is a secure channel of communication. We are of course continuously expanding the feature.
