Convenient, practical and clear: the customer portal and mySympany app enable you to take care of many matters really easily – round the clock, no matter where you are.

You can also protect the environment by opting out of paper correspondence. You won’t miss anything this way, as you can choose to be informed of new documents by e-mail, push notification or text message.

Two new features

View medical bills

Many doctors and other service providers send their bills directly to Sympany after your treatment. As a patient, you don’t always receive a copy of the bill. However, it is your right to do so!

For this reason, you will be able to see these bills in mySympany in the future. You don’t have to pay them, we will take care of that. We will then send you your benefit statement as usual. However, you can check whether the treatment duration and examinations are correct and report any errors to the billers. By doing so, you are helping to ensure that healthcare costs do not increase any more than necessary.

Log in with your fingerprint

It is no longer necessary to enter a policy number and password: you can log in quickly and easily using your fingerprint – on an iPhone you can even use facial recognition. mySympany will automatically offer you this simplified login process if you have activated one of these functions on your device.

  • An average of 600 receipts are submitted via the customer portal or the app every day.
  • Policyholders receive 1'130 documents per day exclusively in paperless form via mySympany – saving as many as 825'000 sheets of paper since May 2018.
