2021 is drawing to a close, and things will start to wind down. But we always have someone on hand to listen to your concerns.

We are glad to be there for you over the phone, too. Opening hours during the holidays: 

  • 24.12.2021: 8:00 to 16:00
  • 25./26.12.2021: closed
  • 31.12.2021: 8:00 to 16:00
  • 1.1.2022: closed

Normal opening hours will apply from 3 January 2022: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00.


Advisory centre:

Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 to 12:00 and 13:00 to 17:00

Premium invoice: up to 2% discount

If you pay your premium on a yearly or six-monthly basis in advance, this reduces the amount of processing we have to do and therefore saves on admin costs. We pass this saving directly onto you: customers enjoy a 2% discount when paying yearly and a 1% discount when paying every six months. Would you like to benefit from this discount?
