Susanne Henseler
Head of Operations
Susanne Henseler, born 1961, Swiss, joined the Executive Board of Sympany in July 2019 and has been Head of Operations, which includes Benefits management and Customer service, since March 2022.
She has in-depth knowledge of health insurance and a proven track record as an expert and manager in benefit cost management and the digital transformation of business processes. Before joining Sympany, she worked at Helsana for 13 years and successfully established and expanded the international area of private customer business. Most recently, she headed up the “Corporate Customer Service & Benefits” Division with 250 staff members and was also a member of the functional management of corporate business as the first among equals.
Susanne Henseler has extensive experience in business development, initiating and implementing change projects and optimising processes. She is bilingual (German/French), married and lives in Saxonne (Ayent).
